Is the stealership taking me for a ride with the big hammer?!

i know the parts manager for a honda dealership here in greeley and she just made a 1100 dollar bonus this 2 week pay period. that bonus came from the difference in money paid to the parts stores and the amount the customer pays devided by four. that 4400 in two weeks that the dealership made by milking the customer. confidence is falling in customer service for me.
