One more question.
So if one person jumps off a 20 story building, and another person jumps off a 100 story building, assuming they both weigh the same, and have the same frontal area. Does the earth move the same amount.?

Refraction of light through the atmosphere.
Or, since the moon is made of cheese it could be swelling up as it nears the ocean over that way. |
