Re: does anybody know of a speaker adapter...

WTH would you want 6x9's in the front anyway? Round speakers provide a true sound

i have 6x9's pioneers in the back of my car and 6.5's in the front. i despise the ones in the front, and adore the ones in the back. they're really inexpensive, and good enough for me. audio is a personal preference, and i don't prefer 6.5's.

Re: does anybody know of a speaker adapter...

I don't think anyone makes an adapter to mount 6x9's in a 6.5 hole.
I checked the metra site and they don't seem to make one, and they make everything.

I see these 6x9" spacers on ebay. Maybe you could adapt something like this?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-S...737#vi-content

I still don't see it happening without cutting up the door and the inside the of the door card.
