A search will net you days worth of reading
The short list is, 91-98 legacies & imprezas. Remember that you need the rear differential to match. The SVX has a unique final drive gear ratio of 3.54:1. The preffered swap is from a Legacy Outback. They have a 4.44:1 ratio for better acceleration.

The 4.44s are from any 2.5 4EAT equipped Legacy GT, Legacy Outback, Legacy LSI, Legacy GT LTD., Legacy Outback LTD., Impreza 2.5 RS, and Forester. If its an 1998, be sure that the auto trans does not have a spin on filter.
