yea I looked in the chiltons and it looks like the access panel is between the back seat and trunk. The chiltons also says the the pressure should be between 2.5 and 3.3 psi. Is this figure correct? It seems a little low to me, but again I don't know to much about the svx setup.

Update
Got home today checked for fuel pressure after the filter and got nothin. Uncovered the access panel for the fuel tank and and heard nothin. Got the old pump out(not as easy as the chiltons makes it look, but it is out) purchased a new one and should have it in tommorrow night. Will keep you updated.
Thanks for the help |

Did you check for voltage going to the pump?

Yes I checked for voltage at the plug and had it. So I got the new pump in today and then pumped the gas out cause it didn't exactly smell right. Put some new 93 in it ran the pump several times and tried starting it and it fired right up. Let it idle for about 10 minutes and then my friend took it for a spin. I will probably take it out tommorrow for a test run to make sure everything sounds good. Thanks for all you help, I appreciatte it. This is a great website.
