Would these cool rims fit SVX?

A guy whol live 45 minutes from me has some cool looking rims for sale. I have no idea if these would fit an SVX. He's going to get me some more size info later. I doubt he will be able to provide offset info.

Here's the info he gave me so far: AMG STYLE WHEELS,18", TIRES NITTO 285/50/18 FIT, CLASS S,E,C,ML,CLK,SLK,SL. Mercedes ML500

Obviously I would need to put smaller tires on. If these rims would fit an SVX, what size tire would I need to keep the speedo accurate?

Here's a photo:

Mercedes Rims have a different offset than ours. The middle hole is larger than ours also, but I managed to fabricate rings for them and installed OZ racing (E class) mercedes rims in mine. I bent the bolts a little bit for them to fit properly and touch the surface of the brake discs...

The tires on the rims now are 285's? I don't think a rim that wide could fit into an SVX wheel well without some serious rubbing issues.

from my little swap on the weekend (swapped some r33 skyline wheels)
they fit fine... but any wider than the standard svx tyres, stick out pretty far, but still no rubbing. they were 17's
