Shoguns for a day

I finally found a good set of shoguns w/ new ventus tires on them for cheap. Drove to conneticuit for them on friday morning. Yesterday, immediately after mounting the wheels I checked my tire pressure and headed to my grandmothers 86th birthday in Havertown PA. The ride up was fine other than traffic. I love the new wheels, they look sooo good, and you can feed the road better than before. Anyway, the birthday went good, and my car was fine until 476. The uneven pavement was very bad, and every time I went over a bump it felt like I hit a brick wall. I hit one big pavement-change as I got onto i95 and felt my front end get loose. I immediately started to get over and then saw bits of tire start shredding off the drivers side wheel. As I pulled onto the shoulder the entire tire came off and the rim got all knarled up. The tire flew about 20 feet in front of my car and I went and picked it up as a souvineer. The drivers side front wheel is all chewed up, and the drivers side rear wheel is bent enough to let air out the side of the bead. After it happened, I had to wait 4 hours for a rollback to come and take us back home.

Sucks

Yeah, I was looking forward to having them at atco too. I'm looking into WCC (wheel collision center) in Bath, PA to have them repaired. Think I'll ask my parents for that for a bday/christmas present. At least I managed to get off the road without wrecking it, and the car still runs fine. I'm gonna contact the transportation dept of pa to see if I can get some money out of it.
