Ensure the IRC plugin is enabled (Trillian-->Connections-->Manage-->Plugins)

Then add a new IRC connection (Trillian-->Connections-->Manage-->Identities)

Server Alias = Anything
server = www.subaru-svx.net:6667
nickname = (your nickname)
username = (same as nick)
User Info = (normally email address)
