I canned the 'shisvx' threads because they were of less use to this board than the usual stuff in this forum.

Yes, this is the forum for 'unrelated' things, but come on. I know that two of them were just in good fun, but the original was just bickering.

As for the swimsuit half-nudie photos, we're working on that one. We're of the opinion that this site shouldn't be too sanitary, but if you're offended by something by all means hit the 'report this post to a moderator' link instead of making a public scene over it.

I'd like to point something out, here. Typically we don't actually delete threads. We have a mods-only forum we move them to for future reference. There are so damned many of you on this site we have a hard time keeping track of who the problem children are, otherwise.

So, don't worry, nobody's post count should have gone down. The threads have been saved for future reference.

I'd like to make a request, if I may. I think we're okay with the bikini pictures, but please make sure to post them in a thread with a 'not safe for work (NWS or NSFW)' warning on it. Don't post anything that you think might not be safe for work or kids in other forums all willy-nilly.

Not that I'm naming names...

This policy could very well change. It depends on the kinds of complaints we get and whether or not it becomes a serious problem.
