Arrow Roughly 200k on the clock

Soo instead of the 95k on my odometer, after some recent investigation, I have approximately 200k due to some A-Hole rolling the damn thing back. Not all news is bad though, I did find out the rear bearings had been replaced and the tranny also, so it is a good sign that subaru made a car to last. (other than some obvious faults.) I dont know if i should be mad or happy, i mean there's nothing i can do now, and she's running fine. Oh well i guess.

The engine won't last forever. I'd try and contact the seller.

Well I did the free CarFax thing in another thread and found out there, but then Mike (green1995svx) double checked it for me and found out for sure. Honestly I'm not too worried about it only because she is still running strong. I would contact the seller but he sold because he was moving, so who knows where he is now.

Well

You definately need to contact the seller no matter what it takes. Thats what lawyers are for. How do you know he was moving? If he was the one who rolled it back he could be in big trouble, if not he probably sold it because he found out the same way you did. It is good news however that a car with almost 200k can pass for 95k (in some ways atleast).

I second that once again. 100k is a lot!!! I've noticed significant aging in the 40k I've put on my car.

I guess if you got the car for a good price and it was well maintained, which it sounds like has been, then that's one thing. But 100k?
