Good new: car starts
Bad news: I now have a check engine light and idles at 2k-2.5kRPM. The engine smokes now and I am pissed off. This week is not going my way at all. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

CHicane is right..
most of the Commercial cleaners and TB cleaners are fairly strong. Melts plastic.. Eats your hands and skin.. another reason why not to dump a can or 2.. IT will Thin OIL. plus it breaks up a good bit of garbage.. makes good sense to change the oil afterwards.. I do remember seeing a step process to calibrating the TPS sensor in the service books.. I don't recall the process really. Or if it was needed in all cases.. It's there though.. YOu'll need a Volt meter... might be under Diagnostics of TPS.. Then again I've never taken this TB apart and I have NO idea what's all under there.. if it's any help Lwin, the first time I ever did the TB on the Lincoln I forgot a vacume hose or something really tiny.. It ran really high on idle and yes pissed me off.. Live and learn... I remembered the next time.. See those in reading soon.. Due to SNOW, and 14 hour black out, leaving was a bit diffecult!!!! Monday it's suppose to be 70Plus here, but still a mix of SNOW tomorrow... Winters last bite maybe  Happy Drive'n SVX1999

Well rob, both were taken apart so I have to go throught the hard way.
Car is idleing at 1250 now. If I drive it around for an hour or so, ECU should tell the car that it is going too high and should kick it down a bit. Let's see how it goes now. L
