Headlight assembly

I am looking for perfectly clear headlight assembly lenses.
Do I need to buy new ones or are lightly used ones available?
They need to work on a 1992 LS-L.
Thanks.

Re: Headlight assembly

I am not aware of a source for new headlight assemblys other than Subaru Dealers pricey items. Occasionally one appears as the link here on eBay that look pretty nice.

"Headlamp assy, Headlamp assy Left
HEAD LAMP AY
FRONT LAMPS »Headlamp components
Subaru › Svx › 1992-1997
List Price : $430.29
Your Price : $361.44" An Online Subie Dealer's price

Re: Headlight assembly

Are your lights good except for the cloudy lenses ? I have tried my own homemade polishing recipes and think that the Turtle Wax kit is as good as anything I've tried. If you use each stage abrasive pad for a fair amount of time and finish it off with the "clarifying" liquid, looks pretty darn good. Buy some 20 mil clear Laminex protective sheets and cut to fit and it will stay nice for a couple years or more.
