A simple repair is snowballing...

I've been having an intermittent pulsation in the front end that seemed like a wheel out of balance, but which the mechanic has found is a binding front disk, so I need a front brake job

And he also discovered that there's no power to the rear wheels

I gave the go-ahead to figure out why. He already sees that the u-joint is shot. Hopefully, the driveshaft on my '92 will be OK.

It'll be a few days before I know more about the rest... but it sounds expensive
