I totaled a Chevy Lumina. I was behind a truck turning left. He was blocking my view. He took the turn I went forward and into a car that was turning left coming toward us . I guess the woman figured if she let the truck turn left she could also . I never saw her just heard a big bang. Entirely different situation. Just saying there are factors involved.in this state we have left turn green arrows that turn orange. Once orange goes out you loose the right of way. According to the drawing she looks like she was in the turn lane and changed her mind.
