Above someone mentioned the sti MT used on WRC cars. No offense but those trannies cost about 30K ALONE. So yeah they are reliable. Also the ATs on all subies except the SVX are pretty exceptional as far as reliability.

for those of you that think saabs are reliable.....
trust me they are not. my boss's wife bought a station wagon. she has already had to have the starter replaced twice, the radio needs to be replaced, and it has some kind of warning light that is going off for no reason.
i dont mind a 250hp n/a automatic SVX derivative. there are alot of cars out there with the same traits but they dont have AWD nor are they subarus. if the car looks as good as the SVX then i am there.
