Question master cylinder bleeding

Just replaced the master cyl. and put on braided hoses front and rear as well as rear calipers plus new pads/rotors all around.Pedal still seems a bit soft. Not as linear as I expected.I bled the system per fsm. I didn't bleed the master cyl. Did I miss something?Verified no leaks and no loss of fluid.I used a vacuum bleeder by the way.Any help anyone? Thanks

The information I printed out from Alldata says to bleed the primary and secondary air bleeder on the ABS first. Then the caliper sequence goes 1. front right, 2.rear left, 3.front left, 4. rear right.

Thank you. I think I'll bleed them again with someone pumping the pedal and see if that firms up the pedal.Maybe the brakes are supposed to feel this way.
