How do I unlock the 1995 shifter?

Hi,

I am over here helping out Sean and trying to do the tranny diagnostic but I don't how to unlock the 1995 shifter.

What do you do after the cover comes off where the shift lock release is located on the 1992?

OH! I know how to do this now! (Since I did this with Sean the other day.) Take the little cover off next to the shifter and remove the 2" long screw with the arrow pointing to it. (This was real pain to get out.) Slide over the metal gate until the two holes line-up, insert a thin round rod or screw driver and push down lightly on the release lever. Then move the shifter It is much easier in the 1992
