First problem i have had was in the winter when I crashed into a snowbank at eh bend in my driveway... No problem with inclines or curbs (curbs you just have to know the distance... Inclines, only sears has givin me a problem.)

It does work... it not only show, I have taking a corner on the HW at over, well faster then i want you to know and it handles like 80.

I have never seen a highway with corners...... I am willing to bet that it is an all show piece. If I put 2 identical SVX's next to each other and had you drive each one you could not tell me which had that thing on the front...

the lip Im making doesnt look like that, I promise.

Yes, it is essentially an estetic only piece...its only real function, areodynamicly, is to reduce the amount of air passing undeer the car, and perhapes pull more in through the rad

Glad to hear that.
I want things on my car that look like they are stock or should have been stock. Stock isn't always best, but I like to keep it smooth.

My driveway would eat that thing for lunch. It's bad enough that I have to enter or leave it at an angle!

ya, it is an airplane.

As to highways not having corners... I guess NH is different on the whole HW thing cause 293 has a crap load...
And yes, that is the purpose, to reduce air from going under, thus making the downpressure go Up and the traction to the front wheels go up as well.

I like it, ya, it not stock (but neither is the front bumper) but if you want stock, dont get a front splitter.

Looking forward to pics of the lip spoiler. Sounds like the ticket for a smooth, custom look.

Black Beast, what you have there is a "splitter" It's designed for downforce, when trimmed to a nose down angle.
To the doubters, as installed it likely only adds a fraction of the downforce it's capable of. trimmed to a 10-15deg angle it'd add 40-50lbs downforce @60mph. Unfortunately, without a balancing force at the rear, it'd make the car tail happy as can be. That's why drift cars run a splitter and a flat, or negatively trimmed rear wing. Lotsa front grip, rear...not so much.

And that is why at highway speeds if you were to encounter a "corner" and this thing is actually providing what he says it is would have a negative impact on his handling. Your back end would feel scarily light.

I dont know... Maybe I am just imagining the feeling. also, maybe, the front end of mine (with the euro bumper) was rear biased, and the splitter added the front downforce mine lacked... Just a guess, I dont have the money to wind test.
