need help before i cause a wreck
theres something wrong with my svx, yes i have hesitation but 3 times now it tries dying on me.... 1st, doing about 1800rpm and all of a sudden rpms drop quick and a dead silence from motor then itll come right back and go back to 2000rpm...... 2nd time, cruising at about 1800rpm...let go of throttle and go to give it some gas after a few seconds, nothing... i look down and my dash lights are on and im just coasting down the road at 40mph.... starts right back up.... 3rd time, cruisen at about 1800rpm (again) and it does same thing that hapend the first time... anyone help me??

Definitely sounds like problems with the Mass Airflow Sensor.

Try checking out the plug that goes into the MAF, when I pulled mine out it killed the engine. There may be some loose/corroded connections.
