Where to get Fiberglass Materials

I was wondering if anyone could help me here. I want to know where I can buy most of the materials to make a fiberglass mold/fiberglass itself. I was thinking about doing the mod I had seen in a couple threads about closing up the gap in the front bumper. If it's not too much of a hassle I might do it. Thanks
