Earthquake!!

How many SVX'rs felt the rare NE earthquake. Cool. It was at 6:55am Sat morning. 5.1 centered near Platsburg NY as I understand it.

My house shook and my nightstand rattled. We are at about 200 miles away. !!

Glad no one got hurt.

I experienced two earthquakes while I lived in VT. During the first I was driving and didn't feel it. The second came one morning at dawn. I remember feeling it and just being really pissed off, but I fell right asleep again.

Where I lived, south of Lancaster, PA, we were near a minor fault line. We got on average about one earthquake a year that we could feel. The strongest one I remember was able to make my CD player skip.

we had a quake in washington last year. but it wasn't that bad. I didnt have my car yet, but i was in the second story of my school at the time.
