Ok update to let you know where you stand and where you could jump on

1. Treppiede- All finished and shipped...good luck with the swap
2. AFbeefcake- need to finish the gas pedal and you are all done and redy for shipping
3. Liquid Force- I should have your shifter linkage and pedals done this weekend
4. Sov13t- Sourcing pedal boxes and shifter linkages... waiting to hear on final trans decision
5. SVXyGirl- Sourcing your parts as well

my tranny is gone, and with this kit i feel the cost effectiveness of putting a stock tranny back in is nil.

so.

i am unsure of which tranny i am going for yet, which ones would you reccomend.... ie the cheapest and best

wrx tranny is the best option as it will hold up longer than the push type trannies plus it can handle a little abuse on the side... Also requires less work as the rear diff and axles stay stock.

HOW about a fwd 5speed kit ,should be cheaper,no driveshaft needed/just looking at a baseline price that includes pedals and all needed to bolt in a fwd svx.I am sure a fwd stick will be hella quick,far less weight and power loss.
