cylinder deactivation

I have notice for some time that during full throtte shifting even on nos the drivers side cylinders do not fire.Ok how would I KNOW THIS I run dual air fuel ratio meters and the left engine meter will go blank during a full throttle shift,I think suby did that to save the tranny.I think something is killing the spark on that engine bank,I have tried for months to pinpoint this with no luck so far,so please help out if possible.

If you are using a digital bar graph A/F ratio gauge, when they go blank, it means that they are reading TOTALLY LEAN!!!

I think that its more than that going on becuse the meter will go blank on the left engine bank during the shift,I will cut that torque control wire if I can find it just to see what will happen maybe this weekend during my spare time.

When I first got up to 4,1/2 psi, before I had LANs chip, my A/F gauge would go blank and the engine would cycle on and off as the factory MAF maxed out.

Alright Iget what you are saying but I have two air fuel ratio meters, one on each o2 sensor, and the left engine bank always go blank under full throttle,I am thinking about the ignition on that side is being retarded to reduce power,I will be hooking something up to one of my plug wires to see if they fire during the shift.
