Wisdom teeth

Hi everyone, I think wisdom teeth are a way "Mother Nature" has of telling you this is as smart as you are going to get. Take care, BOBB

I was playing basketball a few hours after having mine cut out when I was 16. Doctor wasn't too happy with that

Re: Wisdom teeth, whats the point

Reading this thread made me want to finally get mine taken out. They hurt likt hell as it is and I finally have dental insurance so I can get the work done. I'll probably take a couple of weeks off from work since it'll be paid, so I'll milk it, lol.

I do have EIGHT wisdom teeth though.. I got the shat end of the stick when it comes to teeth..

LOL I saved all my pills from my surgeries. Tried taking them when I got migraines but they didn't help that. Then I gave them to my sister for her kidney stones.
I also milked mine being removed, didn't go to school for a week

All 4 of mine were impacted and about 2 weeks before I had them removed, 1 of them got extremely infected and that was when I decided they were all coming out.

Re: Wisdom teeth, whats the point

Mine were all exposed. The top two needed to be pulled because they were pointing outward and I was constantly chewing holes in my cheek. My bottom teeth were fine, but I had flaps of gum that would trap food and get infected. I figured if I'm getting two removed I mind as well get all of them removed.
