I get that way a few times a year.....I have a visit comming up soon I think. I am pretty nasty to people if I need to be....but yet I look so mild mannered.

I'm going to contact paypal, I tried last night but it told me to try again later. Does anyone ever get their money back on a bad ebay sale? Before I go calling him what is the correct procedure for this? I emailed him two times and PM'd him once.

I just got stiffed a set of brake pads for my impreza and I called the credit card company last night and told them I wanted to dispute the charge. They said no problem and they put a hold on the charge right then and there. They also said that they are sending me a form to fill out (snail mail) so as far as I am concerned I guess my deal is done and over with.
Word to the wise: this is why I always pay with my CC for ebay stuff. Paypal always wants to take it out of your bank acct. and i tell them no use the CC. FWIW, paypal was not involved with my issue this time. Incase anyone was wondering....I used my Subaru Chase CC...damn nice people if I may say so.
