They are good looking cars, innovative in their designs, but would any Chery last more than 2 years?

as for the 4X4 in that link, guys just have another look at the chassis shown in the inner rear fender, does that look like a real 4X4 solid one? no wonder the dummy ATE the steering wheel
yeah, quite a bit of their sales is to teh middle east.

I bet that Hyundai, Daewoo and Kia are selling cars in my country more than in all the World combined . From 1995 till 2006 our market became half Korean and the other half german, jap and american. We do also have Samsung cars, Dacia, Chery, Renault Taurus (Turkish)....... God knows what else...

I have a hunch that the Landwind isn't a 'ripoff' of the Rodeo - it's likely a licensed copy. Now, it wouldn't be the first time a Communist government straight up copied a product without a license, but it'd be much easier to just buy the thing than copy it part for part.

I found one page comparing the car to a Rodeo, a Touareg and an F150. The F150 is the biggest surprise to me. I mean, no passenger vehicle in the world outsells the F150, and look at how it fares in a crash:

http://landwind.bootnetworks.com/

The disclaimer here is that I have no idea where the author of the page got those images, or whether they're out oc context.

With the way Ford and General Motors have been doing lately, I wouldn't be surprised if they relocate most of their factorys over there.

Optra, Epica and Aveo. They seem to like starting and ending their names with vowels.
