I'm glad the wife of the previous owner of my first SVX felt the same way. He bought it for her, but she liked her Reatta better, so, he sold the SVX ......... to me! (Okay, so it had a mismatched Legacy tranny in it at the time, but, now it's fixed and mine, all mine -- really, I paid her off last week).

As for "lakefivehenry's" SVXes, he wouldn't come down on the price for those who wanted them, now, he's having to GIVE them away.

Didn't know you could drive Deloreans on the road in in Tucson. I thought they kept sniffing up the white lines.

Poor SVXs, stuck in an impound lot. I wonder when they're going to be auctioned, I'd kinda like to get one.

Hmmm, I wonder if they have his mom's SVX too. Kinda funny to think Whitefish would be the new owner of 4 SVXs.

Whoah, this brings back memories, but too strange!

I remember back when that guy used to have the "Largest SVX Collection in the Known World" (an award we recently gave to Earl at the NW SVX Awards Banquet ) back before Earl went crazy.

He was a nice guy, and I remember him saying again and again how much he loved these cars and just couldn't help but collect them. He told a story about one of his first SVX experiences, a horrendous wreck in which he believed he only survived because of the SVX's hanlding abilities, and ultimately its safety features.

Will be interesting to see if he posts here again when he gets out.

Is calling someone your "favorite psychopath" a term of endearment?

When you're in a place that's full of 'em, you HAVE to differentiate.

As for the cars in the impound...

I say we go spring 'em. I mean, its not their fault they got mixed up with the wrong crowd
