I couldn't stop

Hi Amanda, I think you hurt yoir arm when you patted yourself on the back. It was a deserving back pat, so next time get someone else to do the patting. I for one. am always impressed when someone does something well for the first time. Happy wrenching and Take care, BOBB

Hi Mike, One cannot live by bread alone. Unless, of course, you like to dunk your bread in your scotch. How tasteful! Hic Take care, BOBB

13271AA051 You'll need 20 of these (the gaskets around the bolts)
Where did you pull these part number from?

I have a fellow SVX friend who has some part book with part numbers & when he ordered his based on the numbers from that book, they were wrong.

I'll just head down to the dealership perhaps & see how long it will take them to get them. I need to get it changed out this week. I also want to hot-flush & re-fill the tranny. I fear that a front CV joint may be just starting to have issues. Oh well. car was cheap & after some TLC on the exterior & interior this weekend, it's worth more than I paid for it!

re: what every man needs. :D

good job amanda ...it's what every man needs......a woman that loves the svx and can strong arm the bolts .

now if you say, 'pull over and get out of the car.....you take the turns too slow on the dragon. let me show you how it's done...' i may have to quit my job and move up to where you are .
