ummm... anyways...
the Typhoon is pretty cool, but I always liked the Cyclone better. Granted they probably kinda sucked for reliability, but they were that older style GM truck... in which case, they were pretty awesome for their time, and still dang fast in todays terms.
Ca$h, if we must argue about cars then I think we should raise the bar above the neon. Granted it isn't bad for what it is intended for, but by no means is it a real performer. Two of my best friends both own neons, and both know they suck, but they could afford them. One leaves it stock and has tons of problems, while the other is slowly modding his and it actually kinda quick... for a neon. It is pretty cool that guys have gotten those little econo-boxes into the 9's... but I wouldn't do it. I'd rather try to get the SVX into the 13's and still have it be reliable (no bearing or tranny comments needed). Oh well, as long as everything Honda is kept away from me (except maybe the NSX), and I somehow get my hands on a TA or SS (early or late model), Z06, ..., list continues with many sweet cars, or probably the best: '70 Hemi 'Cuda... I'll be a very happy man. So, who's up for a beer? Oh, yeah... Solar, I got that headreast middle of last week BTW. Thanks.

OH MY GOD!!! Ca$h you just never give up do you? I have never seen anyone fight like you from such a ridiculous position. You keep telling us that the Neon is so fast and is better than all these cars but you have yet to show us PROOF. Unfortunately you simply look like a fool without proof. The only "proof" i have seen yet was the Neon R/T review and it's 0-60 of 7.5sec, and i already told you the Cavalier Z24 has done that since 1995! So not only are you arguing about a car that no one cares about, you are also doing a bang-up job of it. Also you compared a Vette to a Viper...what was your point? The Vette Z06 runs nearly identical times to the Viper for about $10,000 less, not to mention all the money saved in repairs vs. the Viper. And a Hemi Cuda vs. a Camaro? C'MON!!! The Cuda couldn't touch an equally equipped Camaro in it's time, let alone today!! WAKE UP!! Better yet, go put some racing stripes on your Neon and leave us alone.

Mamma always said, if you don't feed it, it'll go away. Don't feed it.

He's not going away, no matter what we do. I figure if we can't get rid of him by ignoring him, i'll make him look like such a fool, that it won't bother us anymore. He'll become entertainment.

2. There is no neon with a supercharger. The SRT4 has a turbo. You don't know what you're talking about, like most people. - Ca$h |

Hey Shadow, I like how you ignored the SRT4 argument when I completely *****slapped you and proved you wrong. And yes, the neon does 0-60 in 7.5 seconds. I haven't seen a cavalier do that, EVER. What does the SVX do? 7.5-8 seconds 0-60. So if the neon is slow, the SVX is slow. And a hemi cuda would destroy a camaro. Wake up and smell the coffee moron. - Ca$h |
