removing the door windows
I have everything unbolted and the weather stripping taken off but i still cant get the door windows out,
is there a special way to do it?

I'm going to guess you are talking about the moving windows? Hook up 12 volts straight to the connectors for the motor to drop the window down about halfway. Should take care of it.
