Autozone, Advance Auto, Pep Boys, etc. Any major auto parts supplier will have them. Probably around $70 for lifetime warranty ones.

I have used NAPA before as well. They are easy to get and are less than $100.

I and other members here have had great success with replacement axles from

They are done on an exchange basis. They charge you for the axles and a core charge. They ship you the axles, you return your old ones in the same shipping box and they credit you for them. They come with a lifetime warranty.

Yeah, raxles is a little more expensive, but they use new CV joints and high quality boots.

As with most things, you get what you pay for. The reman units sold by the big parts chains are hit and miss. Usually miss. Good thing is they usually come with a lifetime warranty, bad thing is you may have to replace them a few times before you get a good one.

Raxles are more expensive but again, you get what you pay for. After getting my first Raxle axle a while back I was amazed at the obvious quality difference. I'll never buy a cheap axle again.

I'm on my fifth Subaru and have used nothing but Brand-X remans from whatever shop was handy (including for the SVX), with no troubles at all.
