Rear axle bearings

Where can I get a copy of the shop bulletins covering the replacement of these bearings. My non dealer will work to the best information available but I need all the information. I'm tired of replacing these expensive little monsters. Is there an upgrade available to a larger capasity bearing. What is Subaru using in their high performance toys?

P.S. If you are running aftermarket rims with a small offset i.e. less then 45mm then you will go through bearing faster.
