Hiccup

When my car is in drive [D] and I have my foot on the brake, my car kinda hiccups and shakes for a split second and then returns to normal and then at random intervals do it again.

If I pull the E brake and put the car in neutral at a red light it seems not to do it as much or at all.

My car idles at about .5 and when the "hiccup" occours the rpm's really dont move. The car responds great when the light turns green Never hiccups while driving.

Could a clogged EGR line cause this? Im thinking its air or fuel. I hope its not timing
