We hastfully finsished the big things at the hobby shop tonight as they were closing and now Tom and I are burning the midnight oil gettin her finished. I had Tom drive home just incase something happened he'd know what to do. But from the passanger side seat the 6MT is AWESOME! Can't wait to take her out for a cruise either tonight or tomorrow morning after a wash and wax. I'll try and get some cool pics when we're out and about.

But the first Cali 6MT/ Tomstock Stage 2 is DONE!

All I have to say is ugggggg

Man what a task it was. We did a normal 2hrs of work in 30mins but because we were rushing we mixed some things up. Got it all straightened out and now we are ironing out the finer points. Tomorrow she will be ripping up the San Diego area in a big way

Maybe you can say the first Cali Pearlwhite ....or the first pearlwhite 6mt in US....congrat

Looks like free rust car is so easy to work on...Tom can move there and work more often

Well She's DONE... Tom figured out the brakes and we put the interior back together. My STi shifter trim looks factory and the blacked out intake Manifold looks nice in the engine bay.

I can't thank Tom enough for what he's done and the hard work he put in. I feel bad we didn't have more free time to go around the city. But he's always welcome to come back out here and have a true vacation next time.

Thanks. That's right, I forgot about that.

I like his 6mt pearlwhite, I even saw it in person at Reading 7. His engine bay is pretty cool and lose a lot of weight haha.

Tonight was the SVXs first public showing. All the VW guys loved Tom's shifter. My SVX isn't the same car it was 5 days ago when this started. Tom put it frankly, we took the SVX from a Sport Tourer to a Sports Car. Once I get the Koni/Springs done it'll be fun at Autocross.

LOL, its going to get swaped out with the AutoMeter DPIC and possibly something to do with Oil Pressure/Temp or A/F Ratio.
