SVX vs. Forester parts

Good afternoon all, I just wanna share my experience. Couple weeks ago I lost two electrical parts, electromotor/pump for front lights washer and electromotor for central lock at drivers side. When I heard how mouch money cost original ones I was shocked. Than my Scooby mechanic came with idea to try the same parts from other model. As they have now wrecked Forester MY1998 we tried both parts. With some work it fitted well and works! - for much more less money.

Thumbs up

Thanks Petr

These things are good to know, particularly as our cars get scarce, and parts are harder to get, or just plain too expensive!

Nice one dude.
