Interesting Discovery

I have been putting together some info about this, but I think i have it all together.

Did any of you guys ever notice that there are two different steering wheels for the SVX in 92? It seems as though the earlier model 92's have two seams in the leather... only at the bottom. Where the later 92's have 4 seams. Two at the bottom, and two at the top.

Just an interesting discovery.

Mike

I remember noticing this when I was looking at a couple of SVXs in the showroom back in '92.

Can we track this down by comparing VINs and number of seams?

Ooh, ooh, me first - mine's a '92, VIN 1088897, built in 01/92, and it's got 4 seams. Next?
