Gran Turismo PS1 Game

I just want to say Thanks

My son and I have been playing the GT1 PS1 game on the PS2. The SVX is great looking and handles very poorly BUT it is it's way to being modified.

It is just so much fun watching an SVX run around on my TV screen.

It's in GT2 also, and the graphics are better, just wish they had keep it for GT3 for the PS2

Skip it dude and spent 14.99 on GT2. GT2 has improved graphics, more cars, and ... well.. its just better!

Whoah - I could swear that we had the same thread last week!

Yeah, the GT series is awesome. Personally, I would have just spent the $20 on GT3 instead of $9 or $15 on a PSX title, but you're still going to get your money's worth out of the game.

Really???

Gawsh...I never noticed that...

No, it doesn't. But, for my money, I'd still rather buy GT3 for $20 than GT for $10. That was my point.

What if you only have a PS1? Crap! $10 or $15!? I spent about $50 on each of them (when they first came out, though)! Wish we could N/A mod ours to 383 hp (I think that is what is possible on GT2)... the 5 speed auto is kinda cool, too (and reliable).

Argh. I figured somebody would ask that. Okay, if you only have a PS1, then get GT2, obviously. But svx_commuter said that he had a PS2.

Yeah, I've bought all three GT games for full price, as they came out. Hell, I even bought a PS2 just to play GT3 when it came out, meaning I spent over $400 in one day so I could play one game.

But, even excluding the other PS2 games I've bought over the past year or so, I've still gotten $400 worth of entertainment out of GT3. I'm still playing it, after all...
