Early EJ22 needed

Yes, I know this isn't SVX part related but posting down below, no one sees them.
Anywho, looking for an early (90-95/96ish) EJ22 in operating condition. These are the style with external head bolts-meaning, they are outside the valve cover gasket. I'm okay purchasing one with bad head gaskets or needing a fresher timing belt, but the crank and keyway must be in good shape and must knowingly run and hopefully not burn oil/smoke. Willing to trade parts/labor/etc or otherwise I do have cash and also looking anywhere from PA to Minnesota.

I could still use a good dark grey leather front seat cover...
