You could probably make up one out of two gears, hub of one, gear of the other.

I purchased a set of the main cam pullies from the UK a couple of months back, they look good. As regards the exhaust gears I would need to look into it but it might be possiable that I could do up a couple of sets on the CNC the only issue will be finding time.

The gear on it makes it a bit hard, and I don't think the gear would be sold as a part due to the matched sets.
Could get a few hubs made up, then machine the gears to fit.

I agree Harvey, I was thinking machine the centre out of the existing gear then make a new hub to attach.
I do have gear cutters so I could cut the gears but I don't feel I want to go to that much effort.

Alright, I realize this is an old thread but as im looking to tune up the engine with new head gaskets this summer i figured id ask.

I'm looking at using the thinner Felpro's to raise compression slightly and want to make sure i can adjust for it, IF! If you brilliant modders think its enough to worry about would ej22 or ej25 adjustable gears work also? If its not enough to worry about then i shall take all your words for it and carry on.
