Are all R160 rear diffs created equal (internal dimensions)?

I have an open 4.444 rear diff from who-knows-which-car..... I think the carrier is starting to wear out, the play increases.... the spider gear shaft could have broken loose, I think.

I am about to order a Quaife Torsen QDH2Y diff intneded for the R160, but no one is sure whther the 4.444 ring gear has the same mounting dimensions as the other gearing versions (Impreza and Legacy 1993 ->).

Anyone?
