New SVX owner and Subaru Fanatic Family

Hi,

I have been surfing around here for a few weeks and decided to sign up and intro myself..
Names Mike.
I have a 1990 BC5 Rally car.
My partner Linda has a 98 wrx sti.. ( yep a subbie girl!)

we can usually be found around various tracks and hillclimbs around the North Island of New Zealand racing in one event or another..

We have also just purchased Her a 92 NZ New SVX.

Yeah she loves it!!!!

Now she has the SVX she is thinking of turning the WRX into a racecar for herself...

Car arrived this morning...
Drove it down to get wof and noticed it was running on 5 cyl.

Quickly traced it too dead coil.
Replaced and she is all running mint now.
Got warrant of fitness and Registration. So she is now all road legal

Went for a drive and found a HUGE rattle in the exhaust

Turns out it was the Resonator. So decided f*** it and took it into Muffler shop.
Had all three Cat converters removed and a nice shiny new resonator fitted.....

Car runs great!!!!
And is in really nice condition!!!

The girl loves her new baby!!!!
Will post pictures when it has had a wash and polish!!

This is a clubsub secret project.......
SHHHHH!!!!!

We bought the dark red 92 that was on trademe..
Was in christchurch actually!
Has the personalised plate SVX92.
We bought it sight unseen.

Im on the look out for another SVX sometime in the near future hopefully. Just have to sell my Legacy 1st.

she's a 1990 JDM RS Sedan
2ltr turbo..
Not much of the original car left really.
Pretty much engine Block and chassis only things i think.

Its a nice Subaru Park to have. And i also like the legacy models you have.
And i also se that is the first model of the legacy.

And its grate to her that your partner like the svx.

The RS racecar is mine i drive the Mrs is my codriver.

The other three Subarus are her toys...
She loves them.. God knows it gives me a bit of work maintaining them...

Yep yep.. Thats it...

We bought it no Reg or Wof and running on 5.

Had it running sweet and Legal the afternoon of the day it arrived up in P/N on the transporter..

Won't tell ya what we paid for it....
