And just for the record (if it interests you), the total number of SVXi imported by Subaru Lebanon was 23. The rest (including my car) came from the Gulf region (KSA, Kuwait, UAE)

Also, I'm amazed you have a 406 Bright Silver car with a black roof. Did it come like this from the distributors?

Up to now all known Bright Silver cars came in one colour all over. The markets we know about are Japan, Australia and UK, all RHD and all one colour.

SFAIK European markets got this colour for the post 95 cars, and they were all one colour.

So far that makes two markets holding on to the black roof with the newer post 94 colours:

• Switzerland had Black over Burgundy
• Lebanon [or Emirates?] had Black over Bright Silver

Amazing.

Yes Joe, my car has an original black over 406. The rooftop and the lid were not painted black, they came OEM like that. I changed the color to grey.

And my car is not Lebanese, it is rather either from Saudi Arabia or UAE.
