It should, i repeat, should be possible to take a LHD rack and disassembling it and then swapping parts, but it may be necessary to have some of the parts custom made, you'd have to take them apart and see.

I've been looking for a button cover for my blank for years now, all i need is one of these

central lock

headlight washers

rear fog

Blank buttons irritate me. I have all the other slots filled, including operational heated seats

I had the upholstery place throw in some aftermarket ones when he recovered my seats, and I had to custom make the wiring, it was actually a pain to make it work properly. I had to put a diode in it If i remember correctly because it was backfeeding through the "on" indicator light and the heater would stay on the whole time.
