Yes, it is the sun roof wrench. There is another allan wrench that is in the car that is for the seat belts in the 92s & 93s.

That part is #15 in this diagram  The wrench you are asking about (found in the bottom of the console) is used in case of an inoperative automatic shoulder belt. #13 in this diagram  If the shoulder belt does not move when the door is opened or closed, remove the rear seat cushion and insert this wrench into the side panel hole and rotate it clockwise until the shoulder belt anchor locks at the rear end. Unlatch the emergency release shoulder belt buckle and reattach it after you sit in the seat See pages 7-3 to 7-5 in the 1992 owner's manual for more info. .

Are they the same size? My legacy has one tool (In the center console box) that is used for both the sunroof and the seat belts. And my SVX just has the one in the center console, I pretty much don't have anything in the glove box, but a 96 owner's manual...
