Well, too late for me to get it out tonight but try www.partsvoice.com for dealers who have the part in stock. Maybe you'll get lucky and have someone on the west cost with one instock. You'll need the part number so go to www.subaruparts.com first if you don't have that.

i don't have the part # the site wants my vin # and i don't have the car its actually my sisters and she lives about 2 hours away and is in law school so she doesn't even answer her phone so i cant get the vin

Looks like 20320, but that number doesn't show up in Parts voice, if you want any chance of getting it tomorrow from a dealer, start calling west coast Subaru dealers and asking for help.
