Rebuilt Auto FS

I have in my possession a rebuilt phase I 4eat. This is an SVX transmission with stock 3.545 gears. The transmission was passed on to me because of a bad front diff. After replacing the diff with an almost new set, the trans is up for sale. Not exactly sure of mileage since it wasn't my car but the trans and TC were rebuilt as of 4/17/02. There is at least 20k on it but I would doubt more than 40k. Car ran well as per my knowledge until the diff gave out. I replaced the entire diff case so there are no worries of stress cracks in it. Please shoot some offers and I will consider it. I would prefer pickup but I have dealt with freight and I may consider it. I can also delivery within reasonable distances

so wait... no one wants a rebuild SVX auto?? Is the sky falling all of a sudden?

If I install it, I will also offer a 6 month 20k warranty on labor and the trans

Sadly, you're a week too late. My new trans should be on its way up from NC. You might have better luck with ebay.

I totally found this thread way too late... dammit.

I guess I will keep waiting and hoping for an opportunity to get a 5 speed swap...

Of course not... the whole idea being, that if there was someone local *enough* I would rather have the 5 Speed. In that I have always preferred a manual transmission.

Well thanks to someone from Miami who is completely ignorant, the tranmission is still available... I told him I wouldn't ship it in the item description AND in the shipping section of the auction... I am so mad right now. Anyway, tranny for sale
