RPM's at 70 MPH are 3K RPM, not sure on the exact number for 100 and 120.

If 3,000 RPM gets you 70 mph, then for 100 you'll have ~4,300 and at 120 you'll have 5,150-ish.

3000 rpm gives you 72mph.
6000 rpm gives you 144 mph.
7400 rpm gives you jail time! (177.6)

I'd prefer not to ship the trannies, But I'll deliver within reasonable distances for a small fee. I also do swaps for $450(labor only,Fluid and filters extra), So I could install it for you when you come to get it or if you have access to a shop(heat, lift, room to work) I can come to you for the price of gas & lodging. I just wanted to let everyone know since winter is about to hit(meaning hibernation for some SVXi) and I could really use some work right now. PM me or post up here with any questions.
Jason, my PM wouldn't go through...I swapped PM with you in Dec about getting a trans for my '97 and I'm back to working on a solution for that car. What do you have available for trans, and are you willing to ship to 56001?
You are 900 miles away from here so driving here to do the swap would get spendy. If you want to shoot me a price for a swap and driving here to do it, that's fine, but I'm really just looking for a trans that the local shop can install. thanks, Mike

What is the mileage of these transmissions? Although they are known to hold less heat than the stock SVX auto, a 100k plus trans cannot last that much longer... I would actually only consider a high mileage 4eat for bandaid purpose only and never a perm. replacement

They can have anywhere between 90 and 130K miles on them. Budfreaks had 122K when installed and it's still working like new with over 135K miles on it(except for the front diff cracking and dying from drag racing). He also recommends an external filter and a cooler to his customers like he has on his car to keep them alive longer.
