Beav, you're right.
But since I cleaned out the passages, and tested the EGR, and the Solenoid on the bench, the only thing left was the Vacuum control. And since I didn't know how that works, I just preyed it would pass with all the new hoses, and I pulled the PCV hoses off the airbox just to help a little, and plugged the holes.
Anyway, I took it thru, and I just barely passed.
My last NOx reading was 1.9,
a pass is 1.2,
and I scraped by with a 1.1.

I put the hoses back on the air box after I passed.
So now I have another 2 years to figure out whats wrong, or replace my engine.
I'm wondering if I could also have a bad Cat or 2? Thats a different thread. Thanks for all the heps gents.
I'll see If I can put together all the pictures and the tests into a doc.

Well, even though my car passed the emmisions test, another code 34 popped up again today.

Again, after the car was already warmed up, I stopped it for about 20 minutes, came out and started it again, and then the Check Engine light came on and stayed on.

I know the EGR Valve is good, and the Solenoid is good, so I'll do the vacuum to the EGR test and post my results.
That leaves computer, wiring, Vacuum control, and Passages.
Make sense?

Significant Technical Input
Cats have absolutely nothing to do with NOx reduction, period.

Stick to the plan, there's nothing else I can say.
