I feel sorry for the guy, but he missed out on the simplest form of revenge, he has got the agents business card. So publish the details on the net. I would happily make an international phone call to tell this agent what a tosser he is.

I hate dumb cops... I've had more than my share of run ins with them when they have nothing better to do and all but one time they just went away, of course there was the one time...

The Dumb $#!t cop didn't even know what he was acusing me of and his lame sidekick just kept chewing his skoal and spiting for the 10 minutes that this jackass was mouthing off

I was playing paintball with some freinds in a bunch of woods one day and we found ourselves surrounded by S.W.A.T. and a police helicopter. Interesting... the call came to police annonymousely saying there was "a group of men in hunting dress walking down the street with rifles". Appartently, my freind from Argentina had the barrel end of his paintball gun protruding from his bag as we trekked to the feild. Quite an interesting game, though.

hot water? for what? doing there job? its really easy to make judgements when you hear one side of the story. take a step back and look at the times were living in. 10 years ago this would have never happen, but after 9/11 things have changed, I'm not sure if you have realized that. the police are alot more security conscious, they have to be because its in there training. any police officer can ask you for I.D. anytime. this doesn't mean you have to produce it. ever situation is different. if i were the police and saw someone taking pictures of a bridge, tower, large public building without someone in the background of course i would want to know whats going on. its called Doing my job. i would love to see in court if everything this person said in the link he would say on the stand. remember one thing, the days of old where you didn't have to worry about the security of the USA are over, thanks to 9/11. just be happy there are hard working men and women protecting you every day.

"if you were a cop"?... would you single out the "brown" man taking pictures of a bridge and only question him? or would you equally question the half-dozen other photographers in the area? i think you're forgetting the 9/11 attackers weren't exactly "obvios" about their plans... i don't recall any reports of "suspicious photographers" taking pics of the towers before the fact. i understand thay're merly doing their jobs, but ANYONE of ANY COLOR could be a potential terrorist... look at the oklahoma bombings, wasn't he a white boy?

yes, i would question anyone looking suspicious. i'm sure the other "tourists" had other people in the pictures, not just a tripod and themselves, regardless security is the job that has to be done.

i'm sure they took photographs and cased the area before they attacked. they had a specific plan on what targets were to be hit. and like i said earlier, before 9/11 we were very lax on security everywhere.

Sad day...

If things like that keep happening, America will die. The Patriot Act will suck liberty out of this country faster than anything we have ever known.

Governments come and go...and we've had a pretty good run. If only we could have held true to the tenets of the Constitution, eveything would have been OK.

Wait, wait...it's not over yet, there is still time! Please for the love of God (or whoever you may or may not woship), think before you cast your vote. Take some history classes, some economics classes, whatever. Don't just vote because something someone says "sounds good". Oh yeah, and write your representatives and senators.

Maybe someday a majority of Americans will think that Secret Police and prying eyes are a good thing. When your plumber might be an informant, when the cops have total right to search you because you might be a terrorist. Read: brown, outspoken, gun owner, voter, property owner, reader, writer, photographer, tourist and the list goes on. When that day comes I will feel sorry for all the subjects of the new world order. Double plus ungood.

This dude was kinda famous, for being on the Top Ten List of most evil people to walk the surface of the Earth. I wonder what he thinks of the goings-on in America today?
Fascism is capitalism in decay. --V.I. Lenin

Hmmm, makes you think doesn't it. Well, it made me think anyway.

In liberty...
