light out!

My light in the radio station display burnt out but the light in my cd display still lights up, is this an easy fix? I had two of my upper lights out on the upper panel and I hit around the plastic and they came back on but no luck tapping on the radio light.

Welcome to the woes of the SVX stereo!! You'll need to send it out (or find a good used one). They can fix them all! I suggest this place:

They are pretty darn reasonable!!..

That happened to me too, I just replaced it with an aftermarket headunit. If you go that route, I suggest go with something with MP3 playback.

Might sound stupid, but did you try pressing in the on the middle of the cassette part? My light goes out intermittently, but always comes back if I push right under where the cassette goes in.
